The hotel employees were kind and always smiled, great location near Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace, easy access to Green Park Station, clean inside, pleasant towels, well-served hot water.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with many of London's top attractions within walking distance. It was also conveniently situated in the Mayfair district, near the Royal Institution where I was attending a conference. The hotel was surrounded by a variety of pubs and restaurants, making it easy to find meals. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were highly attentive and professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a lovely area that was almost at the center of the city. We were just a short walk away from all the main attractions, including Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. The room itself was very comfortable, with a large double bed and all the amenities we could ask for. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the service was top-notch. We also appreciated the secure location provided for our luggage after check-out. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Homely and comfortable atmosphere. The gentleman on reception was excellent, providing great customer service when we arrived hot and disheveled. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Green Park and Hyde Park. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying at this venue. The location is fantastic; it's situated in a lovely area, making it ideal to venture out and explore. Additionally, we were impressed by their room amenities, including the in-room safe, television and flat-screen TV. The staff were also fantastic; they provided excellent service with their room service and wake up calls. We also had a great time dining at their restaurant, where we enjoyed a buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries and fruit.
