Great location, close to main attractions and public transportation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Mohamed who helped me change my room when the WiFi wasn't working. the hotel was cheap compared to others in the area.

The room I initially got wasn't clean and had to be changed twice. the TV was placed in a way that I couldn't see it from the bed and most channels didn't tune in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with many of London's top attractions within walking distance. It was also conveniently situated in the Mayfair district, near the Royal Institution where I was attending a conference. The hotel was surrounded by a variety of pubs and restaurants, making it easy to find meals. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were highly attentive and professional.

The staff were also fantastic; they provided excellent service with their room service and wake up calls. We also had a great time dining at their restaurant, where we enjoyed a buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries and fruit.
